I view all mental health issues from a holistic perspective.

I specialize in an array of behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as alcohol and drug dependency. Using a variety of evidenced based practices, my approach is integrative, collaborative and rooted in neuroscience.
